Create an account
Every SherDore product uses one account, managed at accounts.sherdore.com. You sign up once, and the same login works across all products. Nothing to create or remember per product.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Go to accounts.sherdore.com and choose Register.
- Enter your name, email and a password.
- Open the verification email we send you and click the link.
Until your email is verified you can’t use the products, so check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive. If it still isn’t there after a few minutes, use Resend on the verification page, or contact support and we can verify the address for you.
Name your organization
Section titled “Name your organization”Your subscriptions belong to an organization, not to you personally. The first time you pick a product, you’ll be asked to name your organization, which can be your business name. See Your team for how organizations and members work.
Start a product
Section titled “Start a product”- From Get started, pick a product and its entry plan.
- Choose Start free trial. No card is needed.
- Use Launch to open the product. You arrive signed in, with no second login.
How sign-in works across products
Section titled “How sign-in works across products”Each product checks with your SherDore account every time you open it. If your trial ends, a payment lapses or your account is suspended, access to the products stops, and it comes back as soon as the subscription is active again.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a reset link. If you can’t receive that email, contact support and an administrator can set a new password for you.
