HVAC

SherDore HVAC is field service software for HVAC businesses. It follows the work from the first enquiry to the paid invoice: customers and their equipment, jobs and scheduling, estimates the customer can approve online, invoices, maintenance plans and parts stock.

How the work flows

1. A lead comes in and is qualified. See Leads.
2. You record the customer, their property and the equipment installed there. See Customers, properties and equipment.
3. You send an estimate. The customer opens it from a link, then accepts or declines it with their name as a signature. See Estimates.
4. An accepted estimate becomes a job, which you assign to a technician and put on the schedule. See Jobs and scheduling.
5. When the work is done, the job becomes an invoice. See Invoices and payments.
6. For repeat customers, a maintenance plan schedules the recurring visits. See Maintenance plans.
