Team and roles

Your team writes and manages the help center together. People join through your SherDore account, and Team lists everyone and lets you invite more by email.

Role	For
Owner	The person who set the team up.
Admin	People who help manage articles and settings.
Read only	People who just need to see the content.

Your plan sets how many people you can have: 5 on Starter, 25 on Pro and 100 on Business.

The first time someone opens Knowledge Base, their account role decides where they start. See Your team.
