SMS and WhatsApp campaigns work like email campaigns, with their own sections: SMS campaigns and WhatsApp campaigns. Connect your Twilio and WhatsApp Business accounts first. See Connect your sending accounts.
SMS delivery
Section titled “SMS delivery”| Result | Meaning |

| Pending | Not sent yet. |
| Sent | Handed to Twilio. |
| Delivered | Reached the phone. |
| Undelivered | It couldn’t reach the phone. |
| Failed | Sending failed. |
WhatsApp delivery

Replies

Consent
