Create and schedule posts

Write a post

1. Open Posts and create a new post.
2. Write the content, up to 5,000 characters. Each platform has its own limits, so check that the text suits where it’s going.
3. Choose one or more of your connected accounts. At least one is needed.
4. Attach media from your media library if you want to.

A post starts as a draft. You can edit a draft as often as you like.

Schedule it

Choose a date and time and schedule the post. Scheduling counts toward your plan’s scheduled posts for the month. You can unschedule a post to take it back to a draft, and delete one you don’t need.

Where to see them

The Posts list shows all your posts, and the calendar shows the scheduled ones by date.
