Your help center is the public site for your articles. Open Help center to set it up.
Your address
Section titled “Your address”Your help center lives at:
https://kb.sherdore.com/h/your-nameChoose your-name yourself: 3 to 40 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Names are unique, and a few are reserved by SherDore.
Make it yours
Section titled “Make it yours”| Setting | What it does |

| Title | The name shown at the top of the site. |
| Headline | The big line on the front page. |
| Subline | A short line under the headline. |
| Accent color | The brand color, as a hex value like #4f46e5. |
| Footer | Text at the bottom of every page. |
| Support link and label | A link customers can follow when they can’t find an answer, such as a web page or mailto:help@yourcompany.com, and the words shown for it. |
Switch it on or off
Section titled “Switch it on or off”The help center has an on/off switch. While it’s off, visitors see “not found”.
What customers get
Section titled “What customers get”- the front page with your featured articles
- article pages and category pages
- search
- an automatic sitemap for search engines
Customers read it without logging in. Articles and categories marked internal never appear.
