Draft and published
Section titled “Draft and published”A draft is private to your team. Only published articles appear in your help center.
Public and internal
Section titled “Public and internal”An internal article is for your team only. Customers never see it, and it’s left out of search and your sitemap. Use it for support runbooks and notes you don’t want public.
Markdown, safely
Section titled “Markdown, safely”The editor uses Markdown. Raw HTML is stripped and unsafe links are refused, so what you write can’t break or harm your help center.
Plan limit
Section titled “Plan limit”Your plan caps the number of articles (250 on Starter). When you reach it, creating another asks you to upgrade.
