job titles
locations
company domains
seniority
company size
keywords

Reveal and import

Run a search and pick the people you want.
Reveal their contact details. This is when your provider counts the usage.
Import them into a list. Each needs a name, and can carry an email, phone, job title and company.

Imported contacts then work like any others, so check consent and make sure you have a lawful basis to contact them before you send.
