Settings and reminders
Owners and office managers can change these under Organization settings.
Defaults
Section titled “Defaults”| Setting | What it does |

| Default tax rate | Pre-filled on new estimates and invoices. A percentage from 0 to 100. |
| Default terms | Pre-filled terms printed on documents. |
| Estimate expiry | How many days a new estimate stays valid (1 to 365). |
| Reorder threshold | The stock level pre-filled when you add a new part. |
Branding
Section titled “Branding”Upload your logo and choose a brand color (a hex value such as #4f46e5). Both appear on your PDF estimates and invoices.
Emails HVAC sends
Section titled “Emails HVAC sends”Overdue invoice reminders
Section titled “Overdue invoice reminders”Every morning HVAC emails customers a reminder for each invoice that is overdue. The same invoice isn’t reminded again until your reminder interval has passed, which is 7 days unless you set a different number.
Daily digest
Section titled “Daily digest”Every morning HVAC emails your office team a digest of:
- overdue invoices
- upcoming maintenance visits
If there’s nothing to report, no email is sent. By default the digest goes to the Owner and Office manager roles. You can choose which roles receive it in your settings.
