Lead capture forms

A lead capture form is a public page where anyone can send you an enquiry. No login is needed to fill it in, and each submission becomes a lead in your pipeline.

Build a form

Every form asks for a name and an email. The name is required and the email is optional. You choose which extra fields to include:

• Phone
• Company
• What do you need help with?
• Anything else we should know?

You can also set:

• a default source, recorded on every lead from this form so you know where it came from
• a thank-you message shown after submitting
• a redirect URL to send people to your own page instead
• whether the form is active

Share it

Each form gets its own web address under /f/, based on its name. Link to it from your website or share it directly.

Measure it

The Form Analytics report shows how many people see and submit each form.
