Keyword research
Keyword research has three tools under Keywords.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Search a topic and see keyword ideas. They come from live Google and Bing autocomplete, and each gets an intent label, so you can tell what a searcher is trying to do.
Magic tool
Section titled “Magic tool”Start from a seed keyword and let the tool expand it into many related ideas. Export the results when you want to work on them elsewhere.
Strategies
Section titled “Strategies”A strategy turns keyword ideas into a content plan:
- Add the keywords you want to work on.
- Group them into clusters.
- Set priorities and track each page from planned to published.
Clusters are grouped by the words keywords share and by search intent, not by overlap in search results. Treat them as a strong starting point and move keywords between clusters by hand. You can export a strategy.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Your plan sets your monthly keyword searches and how many strategies you can keep. See the plans.
What’s not included
Section titled “What’s not included”Search volume, cost per click and difficulty are not shown.
