Maintenance plans
A maintenance plan records a recurring service agreement with a customer, such as a seasonal tune-up.
Create a plan
Section titled “Create a plan”Choose the customer and property, then set:
- a title and description
- the visit frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual
- the price (optional)
- a start date, and an end date if the agreement has one
Plan status
Section titled “Plan status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The agreement is running. |
| Canceled | It was stopped. |
| Expired | It passed its end date. |

Section titled “Upcoming visits”Upcoming maintenance visits appear in the daily digest, so your office team sees what’s coming without opening the app.
Who can manage plans
Section titled “Who can manage plans”Everyone except the Accountant role.
